Rahul,

This is an older board made by 3P Spectrum Digital. I would suggest looking through the links here http://c2000.spectrumdigital.com/ezf2812/ in either the FAQ or UG to see if there is reference to this issue.

This board uses a on-PCB emulator connected via parallel port designed by Spectrum Digital, they would need to get the correct driver from them as well(I don't see this natively installed in CCSv9 for instance).
