LAUNCHXL-F28377S: Launchpad problem

Hi,

Was there any program loaded in Flash?

Could you please run \C2000Ware_x_xx_xx_xx\device_support\f2837xs\examples\cpu1\launchxl_f28377s in Flash configuration ?

From your attached .docx file, it looks like you are able to connect to the LaunchPad.  Also, please reference the F28377S LaunchPad User's Guide at:

Is your issue resolved?  You might be interested in reviewing the F28379D workshop at:

However, please note that the F28377S (discontinued) and F28379D LaunchPads differ.  The lab directions and lab code will need to be modified to run on the F28377S LaunchPad (e.g. ePWM, GPIO, etc.).

Thanks for your support.

Yes. my launchpad has connected and the debug for F28379D_HandsOn_problem is ok.

The remain problem is that it doesn't demo and there are many errors after project build and the debug for F28377s_:launchPadDemo is not finished.

You need to flash the code into the device:

1) In Edit view, import the CCS project and navigate to:\C2000Ware_2_00_00_02\device_support\f2837xs\examples\cpu1\launchxl_f28377s\cpu01\ccs

2) In the project explorer window, right-click on the project and select Build Configurations -> Manage -> then set Flash active

3) Build the project and then click the Debug button (target configuration must be set first)

3) CCS should change to Debug view and program the flash

4) Close CCS, disconnect the LaunchPad, and reconnect the LaunchPad (for power)

5) The LEDs should start blinking.

Mine programmed just fine following the above step.

It looks like you did not do step #2.  Notice the "Load program Error" still has "RAM" in the path, where it should be "Flash".

You may have done this step, but you are loading the .out file from the RAM folder rather than the Flash folder.  Double-check the path for the .out file.
