Everything after the link has been removed. It was in the box when I posted. Anyway...
The page lists several versions of the Compiler and Assembly Language Tools guides, but whichever I click on I get version "S" (the latest).
I am using compiler 18.1.4.LTS (not listed), and would like the versions for this, possibly version "Q". Are they available?
I see the same behavior. I will take this up with our technical documentation team. May take a week or two to resolve. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Hi Giles,
We generally use generic URLs which always points to the latest version of a doc. This keeps links from becoming stale, particularly in environments that have long life like E2E. That being said I agree the technical documents section in that product folder are confusing and we will take action to clean it up.
Here are the two 'Q' versions requested:
http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spru513q/spru513q.pdf
http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spru514q/spru514q.pdf
I got these by right-clicking the generic link provided on the product folder and selecting "copy link address" then pasting it into my browser and adding the letter 'q' before hitting enter.
Of course I'd be remiss if I didn't encourage you to use the latest tool revision as well.
I hope this resolves your problem, let us know if we can assist further.
Regards,
Joe
Hi Joe,
Thanks for these.
I'd like to use the latest version, but the nature of the work is that we have to fix on a given version at some point, and it was 18.1.4. However, I managed to move us on from using Code Composer version 3, so that's something.
Regards, Giles
Hi Giles,
Thank you for the feedback, it is always helpful when we better understand the constraints of our customers.
