CCS/TIDM-1000: The handbook introduce the operate process of 40V（60Hz）,but i use 40V(50Hz), and I want to know this case how to operate

1. 50Hz is ok and should not make a big difference. Have you verified all the sensing and PWM in build 1? Everything ok compared with the user guide?

2. When you say "my guiVbus voltage is 103V in the seventh point" and "my voltage is 213V", how does the current waveform look like at that time? Is it sine wave?

Hi，

1.Today，I verified all the sensing and PWM in build 1.Now There are two questions:(1) three phase current is unbalance,Phase B current is much less than phase A and C current.（2）when i clear PWM Tripping, and increase the input voltage, the communication broke off suddenly，as shown below.

2.In the Powersuite,I don't know how to set parameter，I don't know if I need to set parameters.Especially the capacitance values in the figure below,,all four capacitors on the board are 220 uF,But the figure below shows 180 uF.

1. yes, the unbalanced current issue needs to be fixed first, otherwise you cannot jump to build 2. We can put the communication issue aside temporarily. The sensing issue can be caused by the sensing circuit or the software, but I will suggest to start with debugging with sensing hardware.

2. You don't have to change anything in the PowerSUITE unless you are using your own designed hardware. Are you using the TI EVM(directly ordered) or a customized board?

One issue that we have seen is the uneven heating of the inrush resistors at low voltage, maybe for the low voltage build as well you may want to first input 120Vrms, let it run for a few minutes and then reduce to 40Vrms and proceed with the build. 

1.This unbalanced current problem may be caused by the voltage regulator.Before On the main side of the voltage regulator，the voltage waveform is sine，but the Secondary side of voltage regulator，B phase current very small compared with A、C phase current.  The three-phase current of A、B、C and N phase current is shown in the figure below.

During the boost process of build1, the AC side voltage increased, suddenly the CCS interface was stuck, and then the communication was interrupted. I don't know how this was caused. I tried this several times.

After downloading the program, do I need to unplug the connection to the simulator?

Also, how does the program downloaded to flash transfer to RAM? Is there any risk of locking the chip when I debug online? What should I pay attention to? I always look at the variable window and adjust the regulator.
