Hi all:

Recently, one of my customer had bought a TIDM-BLPFC from Mouser Electronics (One of TI distributor in China), But there are some problems in the process of use. As the customers have language gap, I will consult you on his behalf.

The main problem for customers is that the suite cannot connect to the PC via on-board JTAG. He has fully followed the instructions in the manual (C:/ti/controlSUITE/development_kits/BLPFC_v1.0/Docs/QSG-BLPFC-GUI_Rev1.2.pdf) to operate the suite, but still shows that the device could not be connected. Since the package is newly purchased, And there are many additional wiring connections at the JTAG of the suite, customers suspect that there is a problem with the product hardware.

I hope you can help to judge the cause of the problem. If you need to provide some information, please let me know.
