I request replacement because breakdown of product

Breakdown History

Voltage measurement IC is broken after VDC output
and then I saw swelling capacitor
It is estimated that defect of protective circuit

I have a packing box, but I don't know where the serial number is

Can you please describe the exact conditions under which the board was tested, build leve 1,2,3 etc before the failure occurred?

Also exact version of the software used?

Hello!

It broke down on Monday, September 30th.

Input Voltage is 380V, 60Hz

BuildLevel is 1_OpenLoof and The output voltage was measured at 1000V

There was no load resistance

After the Ic burst, I checked and the capacitor swelled

Hi TaeHwan,

This is just a reference design showcasing our device capability so there are some corner cases that are not considered in this design. It seems like you are testing the no load condition. We don't consider this condition in this reference design. Please follow the user guide 5.1 step 7 to connect a resistive load for the testing. Also you said you increased your output to 1000V which is beyond the spec we tested. I will suggest to go to 700-V DC at VL-L 400 Vrms input.
