I am working on a linear motor control and got stuck on the INSTASPIN lab12a. The motor doesn't move during the inertia ID and keep generate error ID 2003,2004 AND 2006.
I double checked the phases ABC and encoder AB wiring, and also did all other wiring combination test. Still no improvements or fix.
The linear motor works well with Torque/current loop control, speed loop control. Not very stable through MOTION-Lab6a.b,c, but it can run the plan.
If I can control this linear motor through the previous labs(lab1-11), does this mean that I can 100% control this linear motor with MOTION position loop(lab12-13)?
