if C2000 software can support BLDC motor (48V, 30A) with hall sensor and incremental encoder?

and we want to control the BLDC traction motor in same speed ( low RPM speed) with different load( maximum current 30A to 60A) can we only use hall sensor or need incremental encoder to improve precision?

can we set the motor RPM request, and C2000 automatically adjust the PWM to get the stable speed with different load?

yes it can, though we don't have that specific example.

more of our examples focus on either fully sensorless or using incremental encoder. we don't show hall sensor use very often, and never in the same example project, but you can add it yourself.

if we use incremental encoder only, we can not do commutation, right? I thought we need hall sensor sequence to control the PWM sequence, right?

no.

While incremental encoders give a mechanical position of the shaft, typically an alignment is done to create a relationship between magnetic angle and mechanical (encoder) angle. This can be used for commutation.
