No connection to Texas Instruments XDS100v1 USB Emulator. How can this be fixed?

Frequency: 50Hz
Voltage (delta / star): 127 / 220V
Rated current: 1.09 A
The ratio of starting current to rated: 1.89 / 1.09 A
Power factor (cos phi): 0.68
Rotation frequency: 1372 rpm
When you try to rebuild the project, the following error cannot open source file "stdint.h". A similar error was fixed with the file “SolarExplorer_PVEmulator_F2802x” by adding a path. What should we do to resolve this error?
