Hi team,
Now our customers use 28062 as the main platform of their central air conditioning products, but in order to pass the safety test, we have made many solutions for customers, and now we have a problem as follows.
For safety gauge test, 12V shall be short circuited to UV, and we need to ensure that the voltage of RST pin of 28062 does not exceed 3.63v when it is short circuited .
Our preliminary analysis is as follows:
1. When short circuiting, due to the function of 28062 internal clamp diode, when the current is not more than 20mA, the diode will have clamp function and will not raise the RST to a high level.
2. However, due to the uncertainty of the voltage drop range and characteristic curve of the internal diode, it is impossible to determine how many volts the diode will clamp the RST pin in this short circuit environment.
Could you please help me identify the voltage of RST when UV is shorted to 12V and give me the spec of the internal diode?
