CCS/TMS320F28035: Sensorless Field Oriented Control of 3-Phase

Part Number: TMS320F28035

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Dear sir ,

I am Working on Sensorless Field Oriented Control of 3-Phase of PMSM Motor Of 5Hp Dc Motor, Refence from  ti library C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\HVMotorCtrl+PfcKit_v2.1\HVPM _Enchance_Sensorles ,

In this Algorithm PWM SWITCHING FREQUENCY is 10KHZ  and working fine with our Motors and Contentiously Running at Field .

Now I want to Reduce IGBT Switching Losses ,So we decided to change Switching Frequency From 10KHZ to 5KHz. then, We modified Code For 5KHZ switching Frequency and  Run the motor successfully.

Now  we run the Motor for 8 hours contentiously , After 8hours Suddenly the motor got Stuck up. then  we Switched of the drive and again Switched on. But the Motor is taking 2Ams More current compared to earlier readings , which we noted the Readings before starting 8hours test. Also Observed the frequency not reaching Maximum Frequency of 150Hz and observed at 120Hz the motor getting Hanged .We Verified Motor Parameters and Observed Okay.

So my Question is, What are the Resons to Find the Root cause of Problem. is there any Parameters tobe taken care while changing the Switching Frequency Form 10Khz to 5Khz.

Please help us to sort out the Issue on Urgent Basis.

Thanks in Advance
