No, I need the “document” of programming via the JTAG interface, not the “tool”.

Hi David,

I think your question is more about JTAG interface to the target in general and not Flash in specific. 

Our emulation team will guide on the JTAG interface on the other thread https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/c2000/f/171/p/899001/3325168#3325168.

For Flash programming, you need to load Flash API in to the target.  Please let us know if you have any specific questions on the Flash programming in a separate thread.
