TMS320F2808: internal PLL errors

Hello there,

I am doing some accuracy calculations in regard to TMS320F2808 clock speed.  When enabling the internal PLL  to multiply the TMS320F2808's internal clock frequency, is there any accuracy or aging factor to consider- datasheet does not provide that detail.

Could you please advise?
