What is the maximum current and voltage rating of mosfets that this board supports? Could I for example install a set of 6 power mosfets rated for 75 volts and 400 amps? Or is this board limited to a smaller rating?

    No, we recommend the maximum voltage is 60V, and the maximum continuous current is 40A for a short time running. I don't think the board can support such voltage and current as you want which limits to the maximum input voltage of the DRV8301 device is 60V and the heat dissipation of the board.
