Hello,

I am trying to update the three LINK POINTER values for DCSM zone 1 on a 28379D dev kit/processor, via UniFlash. See picture below for values attempted, and resulting UniFlash error.

It implies these locations can only be programmed once, but aren't these three LINK POINTER values multi-write enabled (unlike the rest of the write-once OTP)? Please advise,

Robert,

I can not see the image you posted. Please take a note of following two points -

Make sure you are not trying to program a bit which is '0' to '1'. That is not allowed.
If you have programmed the passwords, make sure you unlock the zone by entering correct password in KEYx register before re-programming anything in USER OTP.

Hi,

I am trying the passwords that I had thought were programmed in, via the last flash update, but yet they don't work. What are the options now?

Just make sure you are providing the password value in correct sequence. Here you are providing value 00112233 as CSMPSWD3. Just make sure that is right and it's not value for CSMPSWD0. Similarly other values also.

Hi,

Yes, they needed to be entered in the reverse order, then could unlock. But I'm not able to flash updates in UniFlash. Please help with that. It is detailed in the other thread. We close this one, and just focus on that remaining thread for any further support.
