But i had some questions:

Where is the allocation of modbus memory space? No memory segment allocated for modbus was found in cmd

I'm not familiar with modbus. Is this piece software provided by TI? Does your example compile without errors? If your linker does not work, please reference the sample and files provided in C2000WARE.
