When enabling HRPWM capabilities for ePWMxA of a module, can we use signal path B (ePWMxB) in its conventional way i.e. Can we still have action qualifiers and other parameters set for ePWMxB?

Correct,
ePWMxB will work normally when using the HRPWM capabilities for ePWMxA. There will be some small potential jitter between the High Resolution channel and the standard resolution channel. This is because the non-HR channel is still required to be aligned to the system clock edge.

Can we use ePWMB when we use all channels for HRPWM (16 channels)?
When using all 16 PWMs as HRPWMs: each PWM has on this device only has it's PWMxA channel pinned out.
