My customer has a safety requirement for his F280048-based system and needs to monitor its VDD rail with an external MCU even if they will use the internal 1V2 LDO. Could you please let us know the normal voltage range that is to be expected from this LDO? Is it the same as the range when using an external regulator (as specified in the table 5-4 of the datasheet)? Thank you.
