MOTORWARE: Cannot see resource explorer

Hi

I downloaded MOTORWARE_1_01_00_18 from the website and installed. When I open MotorWare.exe from the installation folder, I dont see the resource explorer. I watched some videos which show that I should be able to see a resource explorer window on the left side.

Could you please help? I see the below window:
