How much variation / tolerance (in percentage) can be acceptable in the inductance value(Ls/Ld) for BLDC motor.

    That depends on the required motor control performance, so there is not a detailed specification. In most cases, less than 10% tolerance is ok for spinning a motor smoothly. Actually, the inductance of the motor will change with the current increase.
