Hi .
I Purchase three items on 11/13/2019.
TMDSECATCNCD379D C2000 Ethercat,TMDXIDDK379D C2000 DesignDRIVE Development Kit and TMDXCNCD28388D High Voltage Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor.

I started to install the Ethercat, And I can not install , because it is required registor a license with Ethercat , It take 3 months to get the license.
I installed the Ethercat and it still have problem. I purchased TMDXCNCD28388D F28388D controlCARD evaluation module. 01/21/2020.
I tried to install and I can make the motor work only 5 min.Some how TMDXIDDK379D C2000 board had IC, Cap burn , IGBT ,smoke ?
Due to the Covid, I can not get back to office for RMA.

I expected the electronic device have 1 year warranty . I need an replacement board TMDXIDDK379D C2000.
