2MTR-DYNO: Motor control with F28379D and 3ph GaN Inverter

Part Number: 2MTR-DYNO
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SFRA, INA240

Hello,

I am working with the 2MTR Dyno kit and trying to control a single motor with the Launchpad and the 3ph GaN Inv. I am following the application report titled "Dual-Axis Motor Control Using FCL and SFRA On a Single C2000™ MCU". May I know how the current is being sensed from the motor for control purpose? Is that where the set of 5 wires, labelled J10, come in? As shown in the attached picture, the three-phase voltage signals are being sent to the motor and the encoder signals are coming in from the motor using the set of 5 wires connected together with the label J4. Any help and clarification regarding this matter will be appreciated. Thank you.
