CCS / TMS320F28379D：The clock PLL is not locked all the time, but its register value is 1. Why does this happen？

As shown in the figure above, the LOCK bit of its register has a value of 1。But when we look at the value of the LOCK digit through the Expressions, we find that the value is 0。

Will always be stuck in this statement, unable to jump out.

We have tried to reduce frequency, set up dog feed and select high-quality external crystal oscillator module, but we could not solve them. Please reply. Thank you

Please refer to the erratum titled "PLL: May Not Lock on the First Lock Attempt" in SPRZ412L and evaluate if it could be the reason. 

Are you using the latest version of C2000ware (3_02_00_00)? The workaround is implemented there. 

CCS issue: Check for updates and install if any (or install latest CCS). We noticed this bug (difference in value between different windows) earlier and was fixed in more recent versions of CCS.

I used a higher version ,CCS10 , but there is still a problem that the observed value is different from the register value.

Now a new situation has emerged.

It could Not lock when i open CCS and try to debug&download the program.

But it COULD lock when i use ServiceDog(); (delete "//") as the following picture. Then i save the code and close CCS. 

But It could Not lock again when i reopen CCS(with the code ServiceDog();).

Then i add the "//" before ServiceDog();. It  COULD lock again!

I am confused now.

              Please have customer try an example from the latest version of C2000ware (3_02_00_00). Please run the example "as is" without any modification and verify if this problem is seen. I recommend something simple like the CPU Timer test case or GPIO toggle in C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_3_02_00_00\driverlib\f2837xd\examples\cpu1.
