1. Does this kit include a PMSM motor?

2. The model number of the motor available with this kit and also the datasheet of the motor.

The kit includes the motor TelcoMotion (model: DT4260-24-055-04H).

DRV8308 is not a reference design using C2000 but it seems like the motor has the same model number.
