Hi Sammi,

Can you please confirm that your customer is using the most recent release of C2Prog (1.8.8)?

The correct target selection is "28379,378,377,375D"  /  "CPU01_SCI".

Please do also double-check that the serial link on your customer's hardware is capable of communicating at 115200 baud.
