Hi,

In the latest C2000ware, what is the format of F2838xCPU1_CLADATAROM_Symbols_fpu32.lib? Is it COFF?

Normally, it should be COFF if there's no "_EABI" in the file name. But, after compiling, it seems like EABI.

If yes, can you provide us the COFF version of "F2838xCPU1_CLADATAROM_Symbols_fpu32.lib" and "F2838xCPU1_CLADATAROM_Symbols.lib"?

Hi Jordan,

Our plan for F2838x devices and later is to provide collateral in EABI. The compiler tools will only get new features in EABI, such as FPU64, fast integer divide and other enhancements. It will be a better experience for customers if they move to EABI.

From our own experience, it doesn't take long to port to EABI.

Actually, the code is close to MP. It's a little hard to move to EABI.
