TMS320F28377D: Probable reasons for ADC Complete Channel Damage

Hi, 

We noticed while working that complete ADC Channel stopped working, whereas there is no issue with configuration. Same code is working with other boards and same code was working with damaged board earlier. In the same damaged board other channel seems to be working fine.

Can you please tell us what are the probable reasons for same.

    Neetigya,

    Assuming that this is an isolated incident, I would first suspect a continuity problem like a bad solder joint or broken pin.  Next would be internal damage from exposure to voltage levels that violate the datasheet recommendations.
