TMS320F28375D: ADC-C on 100-pin PZP package

Part Number: TMS320F28375D

Hi, I'm wondering if its possible to map ADCIN14 and ADCIN15 to ADC-C on the 100-pin version of the TMS320F28375D.  If so, which HI and LO reference voltage does it use since only REFHI/LO A and B are exposed pins (REFHIC and REFLOC aren't exposed on the package).  I've read seemingly valid ADC values when I've done this but the datasheet isn't very clear how this is possible.

  • npaine,

ADC-C is not properly supported in the 100-pin package due to pin-count limitations (signal availability).  There are vestiges of ADC-C in the device because the die is the same between packages, but the resources available to ADC-C in the 100-pin package are not able to meet the ADC performance specifications from the datasheet.
