I know that the TI-PLC-PLCLITE is not anymore made available. However:

Is it technically possible to have TI-PLC-PLCLITE (just the Lite version, not G3/PRIME) running on F28002x?
Or are more flash/RAM/performance needed?

    If I recall correctly the PLC Lite platform was meant to run on a TMS320F28035 based device.  Just looking at a side by side of the CPU speed and memory F280025 should be able to run this type of firmware in the same manner as the F28035.  The biggest difference is that the F28035 has the CLA co-processor, but I don't believe that the PLC Lite FW leveraged that, so this shouldn't be an issue.
