Hi Susan,
Can you let me know what is the customer's frequency target for the internal oscillator frequency at 100℃? Please also note that there is a datasheet spec change improvement on the INTOSC characteristics in rev B that tightened the range at high temperature.
Best regards,
Joseph
The target frequency is 100Mhz, but if there is +-3%, it will fall between 103Mhz ~ 97Mhz.
Hi Susan,
The updated F280025 datasheet has tightened limits for the internal oscillator:
Let me know if this still does not meet customer requirements at the intended temperature. If you have additional details on the specific application and requirements that customer needs for the internal oscillator, please send these through my email.
Thanks and regards,
Joseph
Hi Susan,
Can you provide more details about the specific customer needs for the internal oscillator?
Thanks and regards,
Joseph
Hi Susan,
Please keep me posted on customer INTOSC requirements whenever they become available. In the meantime, i'm marking this thread closed but if this continues to be an issue with the customer, please post it again in the forum or send me details on my TI email.
Thanks and regards,
Joseph
