I am using TMDSCNCD28388D. I want to make my own xml file. I did try to find materials how to make xml files on ETG group but I have not found out yet.

Can you provide more information on what it is you are trying to do? What is the purpose of the XML file you are trying to create?

XML files are just text files with custom tags which make them more readable. Any text editor will help you create our own XML file.

I apologize, but I still don't understand what you are trying to do. If you are trying to program the TMDSCNCD28388D please take a look at these workshops. You can also find several SPI examples for the F2838xD device in C2000ware.
