TMS320F28075 176pin package versus 100 pin package

Hi,

in TMS320F28075 datasheet I can read that there is a difference in a peripherals count (e.g. ePWM modules).

176 pin package includes 26 ePWM channels versus 15 channels on 100 pins package.

Does it means that on 100pins there are not just pins for another 11channels, or here is no silicon on chip for this channels?

Can I use this channels for example as timers?
