TMS320F240PQ DSP - PC connection problem

Hi all ! 

I have an TMS320F240PQ which is an oldest dsp. So I want to run this DSP. But it has only a serial port connection, and when I setup it's oldest software to computer, the computer doesnt see this DSP. I tried many ways, but all of them are failed. now the question, How can I run this DSP? What should I do?

    Bayram,
    It is not clear what exactly you are trying to accomplish. Are you trying to connect to the DSP using an emulator+Code-composer? Or are you trying to communicate to the DSP via SCI? Clarify what is "oldest software". Unless you provide more details, it is hard to help.
