TMS320F28375D: Altium cannot open hardware files from controSUITE

I need to create a new schematic for TMS320F28375DPTPT. I am looking for schematic symbols I can borrow, but the ones in controSUITE open as a blank page in Altium 17.1.5 Build 472. Do you have any suggestions?

If you are looking for an Altium symbol for this device, I would recommend using the following:

Please note that the F28075 controlCARD, which utilizes a the F28075 in the PTP package, was designed in Mentor Logic & Mentor PADS.
