C2000-GANG: Can't load a firmware to F280049M 64-pin device

Hi Gregory,

My customer can't download a firmware to F280049M 64pin device.

He was able to download a firmware with XDS110.

the board design is exactly same as F280049 control card and experimenter's kit, and the only difference is 100pin device or 64pin device.

Did you confirmed C2000-gang worked well with 64pin device?

Can you confirm that the customer is able to succesfully program using CCS Flash Plugin or UniFlash?

Hi Vamsi,

Customer had no problem when they program MCU with Uniflash or CCS Flash Plugin. they used XDS110.

Ted,

Elprotronic worked with TI to fix an issue related to their emulation. That should hopefully fix the issue that your customer noticed.
Please contact Elprotronic @ support@elprotronic.com to know when they will provide the updated SW.
They are aware of the errors that your customer noticed.
