SCI Drivers for TMS320F28xx + Peripheral Drivers

I suggest taking a look at the SCI examples in this download:

http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/sprc097.html

There is not a driver library per-se, but the examples show how to setup the SCI.
