Hi,
I am trying to test the ECC logic correctness. As per the Technical Reference Manual of TMS320F28377D, section 3.12.10.3, we should write the calculated 8-bit ECC code to FECC_TEST register. How should I calculate the ECC code?
It says using "Auto ECC generation" option provided in "Flash API", but where can I find the Flash API? Is it the one in the "debug" menu in CCS? if yes, how to use it?
