CCS/TMS320F28030: Imported project, unable to set breakpoint

Hello, exporting then importing the same project results in the break point being grayed out in the debugger (No changes were made.

whys is this the case and how can the debug option be enabled

Allen,

What version of CCS are you using? What level of optimization do you have enabled in your code? Sometimes the higher levels of optimization will cause issues when trying to set breakpoints.
