TMDSDOCK28379D: Access to SCIA for program updates

Hi Team,

Are you able to confirm whether the TMDSDOCK28379D will allow us to utilize the SCIA to validate the program updates on the DSP? Our want to update the DSP firmware using another device via UART. We have the F28379D launchpad but it does not allow us to access to the SCIA (used for the JTAG) and want to make sure that we can do this with the control card/dock.
