Hello, I am using TMS320F28377D for real-time control application. Code uses a 5uSec(200kHz) interrupt to sense and process 4x16bit samples.

I am looking for a high speed JTAG probe to scan those samples data in real time at (12.8 Mbps + ) not sure which JTAG probe can be used. 

Also can this part be used with XDS560v2 (at 480Mbits/sec) scan rate and CCS watch window ?
