TMS320F28027F: lab1c current speed closed loop engineering problem

Part Number: TMS320F28027F
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LAUNCHXL-F28027F

My development board is LAUNCHXL-F28027F + BOOSTXL-DRV8305

When using the project lab1c, the speed loop can accurately adjust the speed and make the motor reach the specified speed, but when I set the current loop, I applied a large current to IqRef_A, but the motor did not rotate. What do I need to set in the lab1c project ? Or need to switch from speed loop to current loop? Please tell me the operation steps, I need to switch the control of current loop and speed loop, thank you.

  • The lab01c is only used for hardware verification without using a speed loop and rotor position feedback, it uses an open-loop I/f control, so you have to set the right Iq reference value based on the motor speed and adding load.

You have to use lab04 and subsequent labs with the identification parameters using lab02 if you want to spin the motor well with a speed-close loop or torque control.
