Customer trying to replace the STM32L010F4P6

My customer is trying to replace their STM32L010F4P6 (https://www.st.com/en/microcontrollers-microprocessors/stm32l010f4.html). I checked the cross-reference and couldn't find anything. 

His needs: "It must have  built in bootloader so it can be programmed over UART.  The main essentials are that it is able to accurately measure frequencies up to ~200kHz, and then generate a PWM output for firing our IR markers at ~50khz. We use 2 analog inputs, and a few more simple GPIOs.  See page 2 of schematic to see connections.

 Any recommendations on an MCU that has the same functionality or maybe something more cost-effective?
