CCS/RM46L850: spike in het output

PFA. here you can see spike, which is coming from HET pins.(for PWM & active high signal)

can any one please guide me, why it is there and how to resolve this ??? thanks

Hello Rock,

Which EVM are you using for this test? Did you see spikes on all the HET pins? Did you see the spikes at HET pin if the PWM output is disabled?

1. TMS570x/RM4x LaunchPad

2. yes

3. yes, even in power source 3.3/5 volt DC I m able to get spike.

How to overcome, not getting.

Rock,

I just measured the 3.3V, 5V on two of my launchpads. Both 3.3v and 5v are very clean. I think the spikes may be caused by other equipment around the launchpad.
