1. Give the Schematic Review Request form (enclosed excel file) to the customer to complete. The customer must complete the form and agree to the terms and conditions listed on the form. The form must returned in the same Excel format. 
2. The TIer requesting the review must complete the last two entries on the form (Lines 39 & 40).
3. Submit the Schematic Review Request by sending an email to ambu_schematic_review@list.ti.com and attaching both the Schematic Review Request form and the searchable pdf schematic. All communication relevant to the review should be done through this email address. If the attachments are > 2MB, the email server will reject the email. If the email is rejected due to attachment size, resubmit with only the Schematic Review Request form attached and note in the email body that the attachment was rejected by the list server. A member of the review team will contact you to arrange transfer of the schematic.
4. Once the review team has received the form, the will provide you with a review ID and an estimated completion date. Remember, this is an estimate and not guaranteed, therefore customer expectation should be set accordingly. 
5. If the estimated due date does not meet your customer's needs, please communicate/escalate priority of this review request by sending an email to Schematic Review Priority escalation. Make sure the assigned Review ID and the text "ESCALATION REQUEST" are included in the subject line. Directly emailing the review team will not help escalate the review.
