CCS/TMDS570LS31HDK: Damaged EVM from Mouser

Part Number: TMDS570LS31HDK

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

i have buy the TMDS570LS31HDK from the Mouser for three。but when i power the  first board with12v,the mcu is hot and test led don`t on。the next board`mcu don`t hot or led on.

only one board can work.

where can i change them or test how to let it work.

and i have test the second board is bad on the power supply,and how to repair it.

    But the Mouser said ,i should communicate with TI.

    They are not responsible for it.

    And i should write on the E2E first.

    For all TI defective devices:

    In the situation, that a customer has a failure or issue with the device they need to be directed to TI.com/Support and/orhttp://e2e.ti.com/. If TI determines that failure is a known problem, the customer can request a failure analysis. To proceed with failure analysis request the customer will need to fill out the TI’s FA form in its entirety. Customer will also need to include a schematic and images.

    For help on how to use the E2E forum, customers can utilize the E2E training guide at http://e2e.ti.com/group/helpcentral/. Click on ‘Getting Started’ on the right hand side of the page.

    To use the E2E forum: the customer must first register at http://e2e.ti.com/. Click on “Join the E2E Community today”, fill out the registration form, and create a username and password. Next, enter part # in the search field to view any prior problems with the same part. If no prior problems, customer can initiate a new thread and a TI engineer will assist them. To post a comment, the customer must click on their product category at the top of the page (example: power, microcontrollers, wireless, etc). To post a question, click on the forum tab then “+New”.

    I need more details about the "don't work". What happens if you apply 5V to HDK? Are leds for 5V, 3.3V, 1.2V turned on after the power is applied?

    When did you buy the HDK?
