MSP430FR2111: Design help for MSP430FR2111

Part Number: MSP430FR2111

At present, during the mass production of msp430fr2111ipw16, it is found that some products crash when they work for a short time (basically between 2 minutes and 10 minutes), and other normal products are aging for a long time.

The product uses 1MHz internal crystal oscillator, ad port (AD interrupt), internal RTC resource (120ms interrupt wake-up), IO port interrupt and lpm4 sleep. The test found that the normal working current of the product was 6ua, and the current was 160ua when the machine crashed.

When the simulation crashes, the key IO interrupt cannot wake up, and the RTC does not generate an interrupt.

At present, the function of MCU is normal after replacing MCU. May I ask why MCU may cause this kind of phenomenon?
