Good day.
Initially, our customer requirements is MSP430F5659IPZ. But this part is unavailable in any distribution channels right now. So now they're looking at the BGA package of this and related part. They are willing to do a board spin on their products using the 5659.
Does TI have any reference designs for NFBGA (ZCA) versions of this or related parts that they could use for inspiration on how to deal with the density of signals in the BGA package?
