MSP430F5438AIZQW will be EOL. Can MSP430F5438AIZCA directly replace MSP430F5438AIZQW? The datasheet only has nFBGA Package, Thanks!

The nfBGA package offers data sheet-equivalent electrical performance and data sheet-equivalent or better thermal performance.

It provides the same X and Y dimensions as MicroStar BGA, and provides pin-to-pin and footprint compatibility.

I will check the (MSP430F5438AIZQW) MicroStar Junior BGA (113) spec and reply to you later.
