If I use an external Crystal of 4MHz do I want this bit to be a 1 or a 0?
If I use an external Oscillator of 4MHz do I want this bit to be a 1 or a 0?
Not enough information in the User Guide or register level examples to determine what this bit exactly means....I believe it is the bit to control whether the internal oscillator is on or off but not sure.
