Can you please check and advise with following request?

2. Can the processor be programmed only with the “MSP MCU Programmer and Debugger” shown in the link? Does it have a feature like In-circuit Programmer?


3. I think Code Composer Studio is provided free of charge by your company as an IDE. Is an additional license purchase required for commercial applications? If yes, can you give an approximate cost?

    Hi Furkan,

    Regarding your first question, the processor isn't limited to the "MSP MCU Programmer and Debugger"/MSP-FET. You can program/debug this device by JTAG/SBW with any LaunchPad that has ez-FET lite on board according to this E2E thread. In fact, there is a low-cost FR5969 LaunchPad development kit that has on-board emulation for programming/debugging, see here.

    For your second question, there's no additional license purchase required for commercial applications. CCS7 and up are TSPA compliant. Refer to this thread for more details.
